International Photojournalist
Davide Camesasca is an Italian Photojournalist based in Barcelona. Davide combines his interests in people, culture and the environment with his passion for photography. After graduating in Biomedical Engineering, Davide studied Documentary Photography in Barcelona.
Davide currently works as a contributing photographer for the Cairo Editore Group. His work has been published in The New York Times, La Vanguardia, El Pais, El Periodico and a range of Italian and Spanish travel magazines.
His projects documenting Tibet and the Himba tribe of Namibia have been exhibited in Italy, Spain and in the US. Davide is also co-founder of the Spanish delegation of the Shoot4Change international network, a non-profit organisation made out of photographers, journalists, designers, artists and other professionals who share part of their time to shoot humanitarian reportages for NGOs and other social organisations.
Davide is currently represented by the agency AWL Images.
